Greggs in Glasgow is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and cover the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, making sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

You’ll oversee daily operations across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru, keeping displays stocked and the shop clean. The role is 35 hours per week at £14.00 per hour (includes a 20p increment) with a range of staff benefits and colleague

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Able to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Able to work a 35-hour shift pattern.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shop in the Manager's absence.
• Inspire the team to deliver great results and maintain high standards.
• Serve customers in a fast and friendly manner and manage day-to-day shop operations.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
