Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations at Busby Road, Clarkston. You will drive great customer service, motivate the team, and ensure the shop runs smoothly when the Manager is away.

You’ll oversee product prep, oven management, and stock levels to keep displays inviting and the shop tidy. Join a busy Retail North site and help deliver a brilliant in-store and online ordering experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Availability for shifts including weekdays and weekends.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent standards in the shop.
• Lead by example and serve customers promptly and kindly.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked and shop is clean and presentable.
• Support store operations to maintain a positive customer experience.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
