Job summary

The Sofa Delivery Company in Farnborough is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a high‑performing delivery team in a fast‑paced environment. You will drive daily operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure safe, high‑quality customer deliveries.

You will manage budgets, standards and compliance while supporting the Delivery Manager to strengthen customer relationships and service delivery across the CDC.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a high performing team.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Strong background in team planning and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC).
• Recruit, onboard and train new colleagues for delivery excellence.

• Support the Customer Delivery Manager in building customer relationships.
