Join us to apply for the Shift Manager role at Vencil.

As a Shift Manager, you'll be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for managing the shop in the absence of the Manager, motivating the team, and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru options. You'll ensure customers have a fantastic experience whether they shop in-store or online.

Typical responsibilities during a shift include:

1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of choices.
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.
