Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Coleshill to support the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru operations to deliver a brilliant experience.

Typical shifts involve inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products, keeping displays stocked and the shop clean. You’ll be reliable, have natural leadership, and relish working in a fast-paced, customer‑facing

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.

Job description

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
