Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Carmarthen, Wales, to lead a team and ensure outstanding customer service across shop channels. You’ll manage the shop when the store manager isn’t present and drive a brilliant customer experience, whether customers shop in-store, order online, or via delivery.

The role offers competitive pay with a 40p band increment, weekly pay, and a range of employee benefits, including discounts, health services, and pension contributions.

Salary: £14.20 per hour which includes a 40p per hour band increment.
