Job summary

Greggs plc in Caerphilly is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around and to ensure first-class service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and online orders.

You will inspire the team, lead by example, prepare our products (sandwiches and ovens), keep displays well stocked and the shop clean and presentable. This permanent, hourly-role offers benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliability with leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
