Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers first.

As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have everything needed to do an excellent job.

We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead the effort to ensure customers have a fantastic experience whether they shop in-store or online.

While each shift may differ, a typical shift includes:

• Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold high standards
• Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and warmly
• Preparing popular products, including sandwiches and managing ovens
• Maintaining fully stocked displays with diverse options
• Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable
