About The Role

As a Shift Manager, you will:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Operators, Team Leaders, and Engineers to achieve operational KPIs (SQDCP Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People).
• Take full accountability for your shifts performance, including manpower, materials, machines, and processes.
• Manage budgets for labour and materials, driving efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Ensure your team is fully trained, competent, and motivated, with clear succession plans in place.
• Champion Health & Safety and compliance with site QMS to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues quickly and effectively.
• Lead daily operational reviews, collaborating with other departments to meet production plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost OEE, yield, and engagement
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• A solid understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards in the food & drink industry.
• Great communication skills, able to build strong working relationships at all levels.
• Competence with IT systems and data reporting.
