Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager in Barnsley to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present and to drive excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will inspire the team, manage shifts, prepare products like sandwiches and ovens, and keep displays stocked while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

# Shift Manager### About the roleJoin us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.
