Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Kidderminster to lead the shop in the absence of the Store Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain shop standards across all channels including in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru.

As a Shift Manager, you will supervise operations, prepare products, oversee displays, and promote a welcoming, efficient environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the shop team during shifts.
• Deliver fast, friendly service to customers both in-store and online orders.
• Prepare products, manage ovens and ensure displays are stocked.

# Shift Manager### About the roleJoin us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.
