Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager in Banbury to lead day-to-day shop operations and drive exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru channels.

In this role you’ll oversee the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team, and ensure staff have what they need to excel. Typical shifts include preparing sandwiches, managing ovens, and keeping displays stocked and neat.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou’lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
