We seek a Maintenance Technician at our Liverpool site. Reporting to the Maintenance Lead and working under the Shift Supervisor, you will handle routine and emergency repairs of equipment, fixtures, fittings, and building systems. Your responsibilities include responding to repair reports, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating with external specialists across two Liverpool locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities for safety and operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist operators.
• Maintain gas-fired boilers, water softeners, RO water systems, and water rigs across both sites, including chemical maintenance and readings.
• Perform filter and membrane changes.
• Record utilities readings and conduct daily checks.
• Test, inspect, and maintain EOC systems.
• Manage MAXIMO system daily.
• Understand production processes to support meeting production targets.

Qualifications

Apprenticeship-trained or holding HNC/HND in electrical or mechanical engineering.
