Ecolab in Baglan is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join the Baglan Plant, reporting to the Reliability Manager. This role focuses on equipment uptime, TPM and PM activities, and safe, compliant operation within a GMP cleanroom.
The post requires an accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ experience, with strong TPM knowledge and CMMS proficiency. Rotating shifts apply, with a focus on safety and quality across the site.
