Job summary

GSK is seeking a First Line Leader to guide a shift-based team of operators, delivering safety, quality, service and value across the supply chain. You will coach, develop and hold individuals to account, while driving GPS-based performance and continuous improvement on the line.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment, with strong emphasis on safety culture and compliance. A proactive, resilient leader who can stop production when standards aren’t met is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading shift teams in manufacturing.
• Strong coaching and performance development skills.
• Experience applying GPS principles for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shift operators to meet safety, quality and output standards.
• Provide development to improve behaviour and performance while ensuring accountability.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement on the line.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure policy compliance and mitigate risk.
• Be active in promoting a positive safety culture and high performing teams.
