Gousto is seeking a Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer to own shift-based engineering operations. You will balance hands-on breakdown support with technical leadership to keep production lines productive, safe and reliable.

You will drive planned maintenance via CMMS, manage a team of engineers, and collaborate with live operations to rapidly solve floor issues while promoting continuous improvement across the site.

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on CMMS usage and maintenance planning.
• Analytical problem solving to diagnose issues.

Mansioni

• Lead the Engineering team on shift, oversee training and PDPs.
• Plan and manage preventative maintenance via CMMS; stock control.
• Champion site safety and PTW/LOTO compliance where relevant.
• Collaborate with live operations to identify and resolve floor issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using RCA and FMEA methodologies.
• Mentor Engineering Support Operatives and liaise with suppliers.
