Job summary

Somerset Care Group is seeking a Shift Leader at Halcon, Taunton. You will lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with physical disabilities, ensuring safety and wellbeing on shift.

We require at least 1 year in care, Level 2 Health and Social Care, and willingness to work alternate weekends. The role offers a full-time schedule with enhanced pay for nights, weekends and holidays, and an extensive benefits package.
