Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Leigh Delamere Services, M4, Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and helping to keep the unit running smoothly each day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering or customer service.
• Excellent communication and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and lead by example.

• Maintain food safety, health & safety and compliance standards at all times.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
