Taco Bell Bedford is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts with energy and drive, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to MIC routines. You will coach Team Members, handle escalations, and partner with the management team to execute business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC Success Routine to meet standards.
• Oversee Team Members' tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist with hiring and training of Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash controls, inventory and labour.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
