Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our team with energy and ensure guests leave satisfied. Youll oversee daily operations, coach Team Members, and work with the GM on business initiatives to drive results.

Responsibilities include managing cash, inventory, safety, training, resolving complaints, and ensuring food quality. A 1 year restaurant/retail experience with 3 months lead preferred; 18+; strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organisational skills.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labour policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee Team Members’ Shift Excellence tasks and ensure neat appearances.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist the GM in screening candidates and in P&L, inventory and labour control.
• Ensure food safety, quality, portioning and holding times.
