Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, support and develop your team, and uphold high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness to ensure every guest has a great experience. You’ll motivate the team, step in where needed, and lead from the front during peak periods, driving fast, friendly, and consistent customer experiences across dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
