Job summary

Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd in Lincoln is seeking passionate Shift Supervisors to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver outstanding food quality, speed of service and guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead pre-shift briefings, model high standards, support the management team, and help develop future leaders while ensuring HACCP, health & safety and company standards are met.

Qualifications

Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
Lead-from-the-front mindset—hands-on and supportive of the team.
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service and guest experience.
Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned, focused and energised.
Be the role model—set high standards and lead from the front.
Create a fun, inclusive environment for both team and guests.
Coach, train and develop your team to build future leaders.
Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards.
Take ownership of shift performance—labour, flow and service.
