Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Worksop is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to run store operations during your shift, lead the team, and uphold service standards. You’ll coordinate activities, support the Store Manager, and develop team members.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a busy setting, knowledge of food safety, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The role offers training and progression within a friendly, franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced setting is essential.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Keep store cleaning standards to a high level.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
