Job summary

Domino’s stores in the United Kingdom are seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations during shifts, supervise the team, and ensure outstanding customer service and high standards of quality. You’ll coach team members, uphold food safety practices, and maintain efficiency and store presentation.

You’ll work evenings and weekends with a focus on team development, shift planning, and meeting company expectations. Right to work for the location is required.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior experience in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Supervisory experience in a food or retail environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
