Job summary

Prezzo Rugby is looking for a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant and leading the team during shifts. You will bring energy and warmth to every guest, upholding the brand’s Hospitality Magic as you handle the behind‑the‑scenes tasks.

You’ll develop operational skills, cash handling and compliance, while staying visible as a role model and growing toward Assistant Manager roles within a lively, fun team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor.
• Willingness to lead shifts.
• Energetic, reliable and positive.
• Growth mindset to learn operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant.
• Lead the team during shifts when the GM is away.
• Ensure guests experience Hospitality Magic.
• Manage cashing up and compliance on shift.
