Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and model Hospitality Magic on every shift.

We offer £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, plus perks like free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew; structured training to progress to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Hospitality professional with experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a duty manager.
• Lead the team in GM's absence.
