Job summary

Greene King’s Pub & Dining division is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example and ensure shifts run like clockwork. You’ll empower the team, maintain high standards and keep customers happy across busy service periods.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate tasks, maintain safety and compliance, and model outstanding service with a warm welcome for every guest.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer-facing experience in hospitality.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards.
• Strong communication and allergen controls understanding.
