Job summary

Pret A Manger in Weybridge is seeking a Shift Leader to support and coach the team across shop and kitchen, lead by example, and ensure training pathways are completed on time.

You will assign duties to match productivity and skill sets, and provide regular feedback to drive strong performance while upholding Pret standards and values.

• Ensure Line Checks are carried out successfully and any improvement needs actioned
• To ensure no Made to Sell (MTS) rejects are on display in our Langars
• To continually develop the team’s knowledge about the quality of our food and coffee

• To ensure Pret’s Financial Standards are always followed to minimise risks and ensure team safety
