Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to guide in-store teams, ensuring a great customer experience across all store areas. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, coach colleagues, and be the go‑to person for operational queries during the Store Manager's absence.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
