Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Shift Leader for a continental shift pattern in London. You will lead a team across days and nights, ensuring operational and safety standards are maintained and reporting is accurate.

Shift Leader – Continental Shift Pattern

Location: Victoria, London

Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Continental – Days & Nights

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As Shift Leader, you will take responsibility for the effective management of the shift, ensuring operational, safety and service standards are consistently maintained.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting your team, coordinating day-to-day activities, responding to issues and ensuring all procedures and processes are followed.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and natural leader who can make sound decisions under pressure and motivate a team to deliver consistently high standards.

The role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
