Invictus Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a continental day/night shift pattern in Victoria, London. The role requires taking responsibility for the effective management of the shift, ensuring safety and service standards, and leading your team to deliver high performance across a rotating schedule.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with proven leadership ability, capable of coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and handling incidents to maintain

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Shift Leader, Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

The Role

As Shift Leader, you will take responsibility for the effective management of the shift, ensuring operational, safety and service standards are consistently maintained.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting your team, coordinating day-to-day activities, responding to issues and ensuring all procedures and processes are followed.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and natural leader who can make sound decisions under pressure and motivate a team to deliver consistently high standards.

The Shift Pattern

This role operates on a continental shift pattern, providing a structured rotation of days, nights and rest days:

4 days on to 4 days off to 3 days on to 3 nights on to 4 days off

The role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £54,000 per annum
