Job summary

BQ Wigan is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations during a 36.75-hour week. This permanent, full-time role includes a £27,709.50 per annum equivalent, plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. Shifts run from 6am to 11pm, accommodating a varied timetable across the store.

You will lead the shift, assign colleagues, and be the first point of contact for customers and team members, while ensuring safety and a welcoming store environment.
