Job summary

Piramal Critical Care is seeking a Lead Production Operator to oversee shifts, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing of critical care products. You will lead during training or absences, drive improvements, and coordinate with Maintenance to meet production goals.

Required are a high school diploma and 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience; familiarity with SAP and GMP. This on-site role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork to sustain production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift during training or absence and supervise the shift.
• Follow operating procedures and safety rules to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Drive 5S and SFTI initiatives in Manufacturing.
• Plan, supervise, and participate in daily production to meet goals.
• Assist operators and troubleshoot automation and operational issues.
• Enter and review SAP data related to production activities; coordinate with Maintenance.
• Maintain audit-ready manufacturing area with up-to-date documentation.
• Perform duties as needed to support production and safety.
