Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Scunthorpe is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding team. The role is shift based, with shifts 06:00-14:30 or 10:00-18:30, Monday to Friday. The salary is £46,000 plus up to £1,000 quarterly bonus.

You will plan workload with the Engineering Manager, coordinate repairs, and ensure high standards and regulatory compliance across maintenance and projects. Ideal candidates have an HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, and a proven

Qualifications

HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven track record delivering results in engineering/maintenance.
18th Edition with IEE regulations desirable.
Strong prioritisation and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan workload and allocate maintenance tasks by priority with Engineering Manager.
Coordinate repairs or planned work to minimise operational disruption.
Liaise with suppliers for materials for repairs and regeneration projects.
Ensure repairs and building projects meet high standards and regulations.
Act as liaison between Engineering Manager and Maintenance team; share updates.
Monitor performance and raise concerns to management.
