Qualifications

• Experience of caring for older people in a residential setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow policies and NICE guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide, oversee, supervise, and monitor the daily routine to ensure consistent high standards of resident care.
• Order, store and administer medication according to policy and NICE guidance.
• Be in charge as required, allocating the workload and supervising the staff.
• Develop a good working relationship with the Enhanced Senior and the management team.
• Communicate effectively between Managers and care staff, both written and verbally.
• Promote a friendly, homely atmosphere at all times.
• Assist residents with their activities of daily living.
