Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Site Operations Lead to manage incoming raw milk and cream fractions, directing processing to meet supply targets for NRC/PLFM/Retail Cream/External Customers. The role ensures technical compliance, stakeholder engagement, and audit readiness, while driving OE initiatives and team development.

The position requires strong SCADA knowledge, OPEX tools expertise, and proven leadership in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Competitive salary and pension/benefits offered.

Qualifications

• In-depth SCADA knowledge required.
• Strong knowledge of OPEX tools/techniques.
• Ability to adapt to a high-paced 24/7 operation.
• Food & Drink Level 3 Advanced Process Operator (desirable).
• Good knowledge of leading a team.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop development plans for the site.
• Create succession pathways across the organisation.
• Show high level problem solving and facilitation.
• Inspect workplaces to identify issues and take action.
• Coach frontline staff to enable problem solving.
• Lead OE opportunities aligned to OGSM and deliver OE initiatives.
• Encourage improvement opportunities and drive OE projects.
• Deliver outcomes, performance reviews, and PDP-driven development.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve business performance.
• Ensure activities align with overall business objectives and bottom line.
