Job summary

Müller is seeking a site OE leader responsible for the management of incoming raw milk and cream fractions and their processing to ensure supply to end users. You will ensure operational compliance and engage with stakeholders for audits.

The role requires in-depth SCADA knowledge, strong OPEX skills, and proven people leadership in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. A Level 3 Advanced Process Operator qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• In depth SCADA knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of OPEX tools/techniques.
• Ability to adapt to a high paced 24/7 operation.
• Food and Drink Level 3 Advanced Process Operator (desirable).
• Good knowledge of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage site responsibility for incoming raw milk and cream fractions and processing.
• Create development plans and succession pathways.
• Exhibit high level problem solving and facilitation skills.
• Coach front line team members to enable problem solving.
• Drive OE opportunities aligned to OGSM and encourage improvements.
