Job summary

B&Q Bognor Regis is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations on a 30-hour per week schedule. This 3-month fixed-term role includes an attractive hourly rate and pension, with a broad shift window from early morning to late evening.

The Shift Lead will be the store heartbeat, coordinating teams, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. You’ll lead by example and empower colleagues to deliver the best experience.

£14.50 per hour + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 5am to a latest finish time of 10pm

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
