Job summary

B&Q Stevenston invites applications for a Shift Lead. This full-time role (36.75 hours per week) leads daily store operations, ensures safety, and delivers great service to customers and colleagues alike. You’ll deploy colleagues, respond quickly to customer needs, and maintain a welcoming, well-run shopping environment.

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 5.30am to a latest finish time of 8pm.

£27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Role

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It is B&Q's ambition to make every customer count, so you will strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
