RG Setsquare is recruiting a HVAP Shift Engineer for a prestigious Canary Wharf site within a critical environment. The role focuses on operating and maintaining electrical systems to industry codes, with emphasis on high voltage work and reliability.

You'll work a continental shift pattern with overtime, receive up to £60,000 per annum, and benefit from pension, training and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) certification required.
• City & Guilds electrical or mechanical qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong building services and critical environment experience.
• Knowledge of Permit to Work systems.
• Experience using CMMS and BMS systems.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain electrical systems to the required codes of practice and industry guidelines.
• Ensure the PPMs for the as built equipment are fully maintained and carried out on time.
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and reactive issues relating to electrical equipment and assets.
• Provide complete information and feedback to computer-based systems, particularly the PPM system.

We're partnering with a global leader in real estate and critical facilities management, to recruit an experienced Data Centre Shift Engineer for a high-profile site in Canary Wharf.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer with Data Centre or Critical Environment experience

Offer - DC Shift Engineer

• Paying up to £60,000 per annum
• 20 shift days annual leave
• Continental Shift Pattern
• Over Time (1.5x Monday to Saturday, 2x on Sunday and Bank Holiday)

The Opportunity

• To ensure site Electrical systems are operated and maintained to the required codes of practice and industry guidelines.
• Ensure the PPM's for the as built equipment is fully maintained and carried out in a high calibre and on time.
• To carry out day-to-day maintenance and reactive issues relating to all the electrical equipment and assets.
• Complete information and feed back to computer based systems particularly the PPM system

What We're Looking For

• HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person)

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
