Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – bilingual a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time

Our Story

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests.
