Job summary

B&Q Bishopbriggs is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.

The role offers full-time, part-time or job-share, 36.75 hours per week, with permanent contract and a competitive package including £27,709.50 per annum plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. You will lead the team, manage shifts, and be the first point of contact.

This keyholder position requires autonomy, strong customer focus and teamwork.

What's the job?

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
