Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking a Shift Manager in Lincolnshire to lead its production team and drive performance across output, quality, safety and efficiency. This hands-on role involves day-to-day operations and ownership of the production function during a period of growth.

You will guide production supervisors and operatives, implement improvements, and work closely with engineering to minimise downtime while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Looking for a production leadership role where you can make a genuine impact?

An expanding food manufacturing business is looking for a Shift Manager to lead its production team, drive performance and help support its continued growth.

The business has grown significantly in recent years, with further expansion planned. This is an opportunity to join at an exciting time, take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a key role in developing the production function.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of production, leading the team to deliver against output, quality, safety and efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving performance, accountability and continuous improvement
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and health and safety
• Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
