Job summary

Hunter Selection is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer for a leading Wisbech manufacturer. You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, handle PPMs and small projects, and report to the Maintenance Manager in a fast-paced environment that values reliability and career development.

The role offers a continental shift pattern (days and nights), overtime, private healthcare, death in service, a £54,000 salary, and an annual bonus scheme with clear progression into team lead or supervisor

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food or FMCG manufacturing maintenance.
• Level 3 engineering qualification or higher (Apprenticeship trained ideally).
• A strong attitude to work.
• Someone approachable who has experience working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance.
• Contribute to projects and maintenance improvements.
• Work within a team and report to the Maintenance Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
