The Marylebone in London is seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working alongside guests, management, contractors and suppliers to maintain the hotel’s facilities and guest experience.
You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, carry out decorating and repairs, ensure safety compliance, stock checks, and keep workshops clean and well organised while delivering excellent service to guests and colleagues.
We are seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Engineering team at The Marylebone, a leading 5-star luxury hotel in Marylebone Village. As a Shift Engineer, you will be energetic and proactive, comfortable working alongside our guests, management team, contractors, suppliers and all team members. Responsible for trouble shooting, performing minor repairs and ordering replacements as needed, cleaning and moving equipment, you will be conscious to ensure the Health and Safety of colleagues and guests alike. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel environment in a maintenance role.
