Job summary

Ardagh Group in Irvine is seeking an Electrical Engineer – 5-Crew to maintain and repair factory equipment across the Irvine Plant. You will work on glass bottle forming machines and plant services to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship, fault-finding skills, PLCs and inverter drives knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in a team under pressure on a 24-hour process.

Qualifications

• Must have gained a recognised Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of glass bottle forming machines and all plant equipment and services.
• Performing reactive/planned preventative maintenance (PM) and fault repair on factory equipment and services.
• Small electrical installations and modification projects.
