Job summary

Prezzo Ltd is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and management, bringing leadership to a buzzing dining room. You will open and close the restaurant, guide the team during shifts, and role-model exceptional hospitality.

You’ll earn £12.99 per hour, with a higher rate of £13.50 when working as Manager on Shift, plus perks and a clear pathway to Assistant Manager roles. This role is a hands-on leadership position in our restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and ready for more.
• Natural leader with the confidence to guide a team through busy services.
• Energetic, reliable and passionate about delivering great experiences.
• Eagerness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away during service.
• Ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.
• Assist with cashing up and compliance tasks.
