Job summary

A leading utility company is seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to work across Water Projects in Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting effective SHEQ delivery, ensuring the safety of people and the environment. Responsibilities include implementing SHEQ policies, conducting site inspections, delivering training, and maintaining SHEQ data. Ideal candidates should have a NEBOSH Certificate and experience in SHEQ roles within the utilities or construction sectors. A full UK driving licence is required, and knowledge of water treatment processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience in SHEQ role within utilities or construction necessary.
• Good knowledge of UK H&S legislation and environmental management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams to implement and maintain SHEQ policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Deliver SHEQ training and toolbox talks.

Skills

NEBOSH General Certificate
