Tradebe is seeking a SHEQ Manager to advise, guide and manage the Fawley site on health, safety, environmental and quality issues, ensuring the site operates safely and in line with Tradebe policies and procedures. You will drive risk assessments and manage all associated programmes across the site.

Responsibilities include COSHH, environmental permit compliance, internal and external audits, and monthly reporting on performance with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-site knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience with quality, health, safety and environment management systems.
• Knowledge of COMAH and DSEAR regulations and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive teammate.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety, health, environmental and quality at the Fawley site.
• Lead HazID, HazOP, LOPA, SIL activities and ALARP risk reduction.
• Manage COSHH, Occ Health Surveillance and related control programmes.
• Ensure environmental permits compliance and regulator liaison.
• Maintain site audits, management systems and training programmes.
