Une entreprise d'ingénierie renommée recherche un SHEQ Manager pour diriger la gestion des systèmes de qualité, environnement et santé/sécurité. Vous serez responsable de l'amélioration continue, de la conformité aux normes ISO et de la gestion d'une équipe dédiée. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme NEBOSH et avoir une expérience significative dans un environnement d'ingénierie.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme NEBOSH ou équivalent, idéalement membre charte de l'IOSH.
  • Expérience significative dans un rôle de gestion SHEQ.
  • Compétences en communication, organisation et gestion du temps.

Job description

Reporting to the Technical Director, this role is to be involved in:

  • To lead, develop, maintain and to take full responsibility for all SHEQ management systems.
  • Ensure Legal compliance relating to all H&S & Environmental matters.
  • To support senior & line management in delivering SHEQ objectives.
  • Propose the strategic direction and work priorities for the continuous improvement of SHEQ to achieve and maintain ISO 9001, 17025, 14001, and 45001.
  • Impartially manage all Lab activities for IV and QA purposes and ensure ongoing compliance with all product type approval legislative requirements in all markets.
  • Advising senior management and working closely with all stakeholders to monitor and assist with the implementation of new & existing SHEQ legislation.
  • Ensure the effective preparation of risk assessments and method statements in conjunction with all relevant stakeholders and act as the final authority in relation to reviewing sub-contractor and internal safe working systems.
  • Complete inspections & audits and make recommendations on a regular basis to ensure compliance with Company policy, procedures, standards and product compliance.
  • To compile accident and occupation health statistics and lead investigation of accidents and incidents inclusive of Dangerous Occurrences/Occupational diseases. Take actions to inform HSE as appropriate.
  • Advise management on all site related SHEQ matters and ensure communications are incorporated into day-to-day processes. Provide monthly report to management board.
  • Produce and coordinate the SHEQ Management Action Plan. Prepare SHEQ reports and monthly updates to team meetings. Ensure communication, training and briefs are cascaded to employees in an effective and timely manner.
  • Serve as the competent person for Health & Safety, communicating policies, procedures and practices, coaching & monitoring compliance.
  • Be a champion for continuous improvement, standards, values and behaviours across all functions within the Company.
  • Promote H&S, Quality & Environmental awareness throughout the Company.
  • Lead, manage and motivate the SHEQ team, identify training needs, managing performance, attendance management and discipline.
  • Ensure team is trained and coached in all aspects of their role, ensuring best practice in SHEQ procedures, creating a continuous improvement/5s culture and teamwork, updating skills and behaviours matrix.

To be considered for the role, you should have:

  • NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent and ideally Chartered Member of IOSH.
  • Microsoft Office Skills with the ability to use ERP systems and IT packages quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with authorities, customers, suppliers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organisational skills, time management skills and self-motivated. Systematic and detailed approach.
  • Be able to make difficult decisions, to operate well under pressure and take the lead on SHEQ issues.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Significant experience in a senior SHEQ Management role in a relevant engineering environment.
  • Experience of implementing and managing ISO9001, 14001, 45001 systems.
  • International travel maybe required.
